This app has been a great tool for keeping track of my nutritional intake. Ive lost 9 lbs in a month since Ive been keeping a nutrition log and working out 1 hour per day, 6 days a week. I just wish I could convert a 1 tbsp serving into 1/2 cup, 1 cup, ect as called for in some recipes without having to get out the calculator and paper. Id give it an 8.5 out of 10
