This app doesnt work

I am unable to input recipes to get nutritional information when using "My Recipes" with this app. (when opening "My Recipes" there is no insertion bar/point to type in my text) I sent a note to customer support for Wombat Industries and never got a response back from them. In addition I asked for a refund for my purchase and they have done nothing to help in any way. This is very disappointing.
